Collectia announces appointment of Erik Forsberg as Non-Executive Chairman

Collectia A/S has today announced the appointment of Erik Forsberg as its new Non-Executive Chairman.

Silverfleet acquired a majority stake in Collectia A/S, (“Collectia” or the “Company”), a tech-enabled credit management services provider based in Denmark, in March 2020. Collectia provides debt collection and debt purchase services to over 13,000 corporate customers, and has grown strongly in recent years, both organically, and through add-on acquisitions in Sweden, Norway and Germany.

Christian la Cour Valentin, CEO of Collectia, comments: “Erik brings to the board a wealth of relevant experience across a number of leading Nordic listed businesses, including as CFO at Intrum for many years, and will provide valuable insights to help us take Collectia to the next level, including through supporting us to make further bolt-on acquisitions.
